About Us

Grace+Mays is a dedicated Healthcare Advocate Organization founded at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in April 2020. In the midst of an unprecedented health crisis, countless at-risk individuals faced barriers to accessing critical healthcare services and maintaining vital connections to care. Recognizing this urgent need, Rebeca Watkins established Grace+Mays as a volunteer-driven initiative.

With an accomplished background in Healthcare Finance and executive leadership of Revenue Cycle Management teams, Rebeca brought a wealth of expertise to the organization. Yet her true passion has always been rooted in clinical care and social service. Through Grace+Mays, Rebeca has created a platform where her financial acumen and devotion to serving others intersect— enabling at-risk individuals to navigate complex healthcare systems and access the resources and support they deserve.
