Rebeca Watkins, MBA, MHA
Grace+Mays is a dedicated Healthcare Advocate Organization founded at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in April 2020. In the midst of an unprecedented health crisis, countless at-risk individuals faced barriers to accessing critical healthcare services and maintaining vital connections to care. Recognizing this urgent need, Rebeca established Grace+Mays as a volunteer-driven initiative.
With an accomplished background in Healthcare Policy and Finance, Rebeca brought a wealth of expertise to the organization. Yet her true passion has always been rooted in clinical care and social service. Through Grace+Mays, Rebeca has created a platform where her financial acumen and devotion to serving others intersect— enabling at-risk individuals to navigate complex healthcare systems and access the resources and support they deserve.
Steve Mays
Steve Mays dedicated over 40 years to the healthcare industry, focusing on regulatory compliance and product integrity within wholesale pharmaceutical distribution. He concluded his distinguished career in 2022, retiring as Vice President of Corporate Security & Regulatory Affairs at AmerisourceBergen Corporation.
Since his retirement, Steve has devoted his full-time efforts to supporting his community. He has managed and coordinated collections for the Food Pantry at New Life Presbyterian Church. Additionally, Steve serves as a Coordinator and Study Leader for Proven Men, an addiction ministry at Community Baptist Church.
Debbie Woulfe
Debbie Woulfe, a proud native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of seniors. She enjoys working in Assisted Living Communities, where her compassion and commitment shine through every interaction.
In addition to her professional work, Debbie volunteers at Grace+Mays, serving as a care coordinator for senior citizens living independently in the community. Her passion for helping others and her deep roots in Montgomery County make her a valued member of both her workplace and the wider community.
Sean Watkins
Sean Watkins is a Behavioral Analyst with a Master of Science in Behavioral Analysis. With several years of advanced study and hands-on experience, Sean continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of Behavioral Health. Outside of his professional work, he dedicates his free time to volunteering at Grace+Mays, demonstrating his commitment to serving the community.
